Dry skin in winter? Here’s what your skin is really craving: MOISTURE!
Winter can be tough on your skin —
cold wind outside, heaters blasting inside, and yes, those long hours in a mask.
It’s no wonder your skin feels dry and tight.
But don’t worry ! a few small changes can make a big difference!
Moisturise twice a day (at least!)
If your skin feels super dry, skip the lotion and go for a richer cream or ointment.
Look for ingredients like urea, lactic acid, or AHA - great for rough or flaky skin.
(But if your skin is cracked, go gentle — these might sting a little!)
Got sensitive or eczema-prone skin?
Use a fragrance-free MD cream (yep, it’s a medical-grade moisturiser!).
Apply 2–3 times a day with clean hands, and be gentle , your skin will thank you
When you shower…
Lukewarm water only (no hot showers!) and keep it short , 5 to 10 minutes is perfect.
And please, no harsh scrubbing or soap bars.
Use a soft, pH-balanced cleanser instead.
Your skin doesn’t need to suffer just because it’s cold outside.
